Mr. Arabyan holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Economics from the State Engineering University of Armenia and Financial Strategy from Oxford University. He has been working as a consultant for national and international private organizations, state agencies and international financial institutions, such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), World Bank, and the German development bank KfW. Mr. Arabyan has an extensive experience in development of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, preparation of investment plans and feasibility studies, financial analysis and energy financing, consultancy and policy development. Currently, Mr. Arabyan is the COO at Amber Capital Armenia, a private equity fund.
