The Board of Trustees

The Board of Directors:

• Makes legal and fiduciary decisions;
• Approves the annual budget and sets major program fees.

The Board of Directors is responsible for:

• strategic planning and development;
• developing and approving ECTI’s mission, strategic goals and objectives;
• establishing policies related to programs and services.
