Christina has joined ECTI as a Programme Manager since As Research Officer with one of the leading think tanks in Eastern Europe, the International Center for Human Development, Christina has over 15 years of experience in designing and conducting qualitative research. Her research interests include education policies with a special focus on secondary education, pre-service teacher education, policy transfer, lifelong learning and civic education. Christina has extensive experience also in instructional design and management of training programmes. She has designed, managed and delivered training programs in Armenia and Georgia on learning theories and teaching methodologies, mentoring, effective communication skills and construction of public narratives.
